If you're thinking about switching jobs, etc. you should go to this website: www.glassdoor.com. It's pretty cool and I heard about it last week on a podcast. I believe the website just started last week. Registration is free.

You can search for anonymous reviews of companies and salaries. I'd take it all with a grain of salt, but it seems as if it's a good information source.
