How hot is it where you are? I'm about 15 mins south of San Fran, and it was 104 today. It's 95 degrees in my living room. I think one of my cats is dead.

This is what they invented air conditioning for.

Well on the 4th of July weekend my AC is being cut.

I might as well commit suicide before the heat kills me in Alabama.

It got above 80 here today, the weather is absolutely terrible. I cannot wait until fall gets here.

Yea, it is still hot Sun. 82 down here in San Jose and it's 1 AM.

It has been rather cool in NYC lately. Especially at night. I think I'll make some cocoa!

Get a towel, get it damp, and throw it in the freezer. Take it out in a couple of hours and put it around you.

Man, it's been like 104 here for like 3 days. I'm starting to put wet shirts in the freezer and taking them out later.

An even-keeled 80 here with 30% humidity.

I live in Florida and it is humid.

The great thing about the Bay Area that when the marine air comes in, the high temperatures will be in the 60s.

It's 70 degrees here today, but that's the warmest it's been in weeks. Other than that, it's been in the upper 50's to mid 60's all "spring"/"summer". That suits me fine.....if it were actually sunny sometimes.

Maintenance issues.

Hey Schmidty... Is it windy there?

It isn't right now...but in the fall and winter the wind is hellacious (sp?). I had a whole stand of evergreens in the backyard fall on my roof last November. Luckily they ripped their roots up, and just sort of leaned against the roof. The only thing they did was crush the gutters, and rip down the power, cable, and telephone lines that go from the pole to my house. The gusts were up to 70 mph and a bit higher in places. So yeah, it gets windy.

high of 78 here, 75 and 79 the next two days.

Yep, it's been pretty damn hot here in Vegas all week. Looking forward to getting back to the low 90s back in Austin. :D
