Looking for a single player dynasty thread where Salary Cap was the only house rule.
 

How low did they go to equalize the playing field. 90%, 80% 70%???


I am looking for some info on playing a competitive single player career where the only house rule is the salary cap.

I know I have played at least one or two careers using 50% of the salary cap, but they quickly devolved (for me) into exercises in gaming the limitations of that system. Don't pay for top draft picks, work out multi-year deals with underpriced free agents, that sort of thing. If the salary cap is your only rule, I would start out at 80% and see if that proves to be difficult enough -- but be prepared to need something lower if you are a savvy owner.

Only one post, kind of dissapointing. Seems like such a simpe way to level the playing field.



Maybe it was a bad idea though.
