10 sleeping pills doesn't sound like a very ambitious suicide attempt, I wonder if this is just accidental.

Not an ambitious attempt, no... but how do you accidentally take 10 sleeping pills? I mean, it's not like it said to take 2 and somebody thought "Well, I'm having a really hard time sleeping so maybe 3 or 4 would work better instead."

3 or 4 is accidental.

10 is purposeful, IMO.
