Elicense Issue

Planning on buying another Laptop (or Netbook) so am looking into uninstalling FOF from the Laptop I have now to install onto the new machine.

So went into Control Panel to see what needs to be done, I double click on the Elicense Applet, all I get is a quick arrow/hour glass icon and nothing.

Anyone else had this issue?

Is there a workaround?

Any help gratefully received.

You need to add 'unlicense' to the end of your FOF shortcut 'target' like such (right-click shortcut, then select properties):
