Text Sims - Best for Small Scale Programs

All -

It's been a while since I've really become immersed in a text sim game. The last game I've committed any serious time to has been OOTP 5. I apologize if this question has been discussed in great detail in the past.

Over the last two years, I've really gotten into smaller time college athletics. I've had a blast going to Temple, Penn, Nova, and U Del (if you consider these small schools) football games. Here's what I would like the game to have -

-I-AA (FCS), DII, and DIII teams included in the game.
-Playoff system built in the game, or can be easily setup
- Not too easy. I don't have any grand elusions that I could somehow turn Temple into a top 10 FBS team. But at the same time, turning it into a program that is a contender for the MAC East title year in and year out wouldn't be out of the question.

Also, I'm looking for something similar for College Basketball too. I'm hoping that the genre hasn't gotten stale, as I haven't seen a lot of news for new releases out there lately (although I haven't been very active on the forum lately).

FBCB is still the best text sim (for US sports). Starting with a low prestige team in a Prestige 1 division (with movements on or off) can be real fun.

Thanks Buccaneer.

FBCB will work for basketball. Do you know if it has D2 schools?

Still hoping someone has an answer for football..

I thought someone out there had created a mod for BBCF that might do what you're looking for. I'm pretty sure there's an online league for the FCS as well. You might check out the BBCF forums to see what comes up.
