License Problems - Errors 23 and 0 - HELP PLEASE!
 

Hi,

I have downloaded FOF 2007 and I cannot get it to run. Whenever I try it tells me that it is unable to get the license at this time and shows errors 23 and 0. The elicense folder in my Control Panel exists but I cannot interact with it. I have emailed elicense several times but have recieved no reply. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but nothing changes. Please help, I desperatly want to save the Detroit Lions but my laptop isn't letting me!
