edit: The C was likely Cooper Manning, Peyton and Eli's Older brother:

Cooper Manning, Archie's oldest son, was born in 1974. He was once an all-state high school receiver, catching touchdown passes from his little brother Peyton, and he was a hot commodity headed for the University of Mississippi. After testing doctors diagnosed him with Spinal Stenosis, a narrowing of the spinal canal. His brother, Peyton has said that he would have gone to the University of Missisippi if Cooper had not been diagnosed.
