Soppy (dynasty related) question
Can anybody point me at the instructions and/or the formula to make tables copied into messages appear as correctly spaced tables?
It's so long since I contributed to a dynasty that I've forgotten what they are and cannot find my old notes. This is how the table should not appear :( - copied from Wordpad without any formula. Player # Pos Elig Current Estimate Future Estimate Galloway, Jerry 17 QB Sr* 23 60 Lloyd, Peter 14 QB Fr 26 97 McKnight, Jorge 16 QB* Sr 37 65 Chiba, Broderick 12 QB* Sr 34 73 Radigonda, Sean 9 QB* So* 3 25 (Though even from this mess, methinks Peter Lloyd will be a future star). |
hmmm, the code-tag doesn't seem to work anymore...

Thanks for trying, MIJB#19, but I agree that your original suggestion didn't work.
Any bells ringing with anybody else? |
Code:
Player # Pos Elig Current Future I did the spacing in Notepad with the Courier font (all characters are same width), then pasted into code tags. |
Use Notepad.
The code tags still work. |
Beat ya!

dola,
I'd probably redshirt Lloyd myself. |
Drat!
Pasted from Notepad with courier font and then added the "code" instruction What have I done wrong? |
Edit: see my next post.

Actually, you need the "[" brackets around code rather than "<" brackets. |
That's it! Cheers, Kodos.
Code:
Galloway, Jerry 17 QB Sr* 23 60 And it works with headings too Code:
Player # Pos Elig Current Estimate Future Estimate |
