Mild Conflict with Team Leader

My starting QB recently popped up as having a 'mild conflict' with my new Receivers leader.

How bad will this hurt both players? Both are about 50/50 players... is there any way to get this WR out of the 'leader' position? He's an 81 leader/personality... and we're in the beginning stages of FA.

Basically i was hoping to find out if a.) will this development hurt my QB/WR this year. b.) if so, how much? and c.) If I go bring in a mentor who's been in the league like 10-12 years... does he become the new leader? Current guy has only been in the league four years.

If anything but the leadership rating and the number of years are included in the formula for who becomes a leader, they seem to be pretty trivial components. But again, the specifics are undocumented, and remain unsolved by the community.
