Problems downloading player guide
 

Hi all,
I reformatted my PC a month ago and have tried to re-download the player guide from the website. However, no matter how many times I try it always seems to get stuck at about 500k and stop downloading.
I've tried this on different days so I don't think it's a glitch.
Is the guide available anywhere else - or is there a problem with the file.

The link is fine. When you have a problem like you describe it's usually related to a corrupt download sitting in your cache. Your browser thinks you've already downloaded it before, so it keeps popping up the same bad download. You either need to clear your cache or download it in a different browser.

no luck, I cleared the cache and it still sticks at 500k. Tried using eindows explorer instead (I normally use mozilla) and it got as far as 700k and then stuck again.
any ideas?
