Making an identical teams league

Hi,
I would like to make a league where all the teams are identical.
Would someone please tell me how?

You could use the player file creator to get close, but they wouldn't be perfectly identical due to FOF's X-Factor.

Where do I find the player creator file?
How did they make the historicals roster files?
