Bears QBs since 1985

Can you name the Chicago Bears QBs since they won the Super Bowl in 1985? - sporcle

Sun Tzu 04-29-2009 04:19 PM

9 out of 27.

Ouch

sterlingice 04-29-2009 04:25 PM

Oof. I got 9- all were in the first column except I got the last one (who had 0 but I thought they had him at one time)

SI

Honolulu_Blue 04-29-2009 04:37 PM

I got 10, but missed some obvious ones.

B & B 04-29-2009 04:38 PM

11 here. Got all who started at least a full 16 games except one.

lungs 04-29-2009 04:45 PM

13. I have no idea how I remembered Moses Moreno and Peter Tom Willis but couldn't remember Jim Miller and Shane Matthews.

stevew 04-29-2009 04:46 PM

I got 6, but couldn't spell the bust from UCLA's last name right

Thing needs some leeway in the name thing.

Neuqua 04-29-2009 05:02 PM

14/27

stevew 04-29-2009 05:22 PM

Batch
Brister
Odonnell
Stewart
Ben
Maddox
Miller

I'm fairly certain that's the steelers since I can remember. Maybe St Pierre buy I don't think so
Tomczack too

Still gotta be some shit bags like Malone and stout and Bono in there since Bradshaw
Some douche from the 83 draft as well

larrymcg421 04-29-2009 05:37 PM

I got 11, including Flutie, Fuller, and Mirer.

ISiddiqui 04-29-2009 05:40 PM

8/27

Spoiler

Poli 04-29-2009 05:46 PM

22. Scary, I'm not even a Bears fan...but I started watching football in the late 80s. I didn't miss one until I got down to the 3 games started guys.
Spoiler

MalcPow 04-29-2009 06:08 PM

16 here. Missed a few gimmes, but definitely wasn't going to get all 27 under any circumstances.

Apathetic Lurker 04-29-2009 06:11 PM

17..I have no life

ColtCrazy 04-29-2009 06:29 PM

Got 17 as well. Hit most of the 80s and 2000s ones, missed several in the 90s (except the obvious ones)

Dutch 04-29-2009 07:31 PM

I got 8, but didn't even put McMahon...I thought he died right immediately following the Super Bowl....

sooner333 04-29-2009 07:34 PM

I got 9. But that site is addicting, I think I just spent about an hour and a half there.

Senator 04-29-2009 07:56 PM

A Bears QB game that does not include the great Bob Avellini !!!- missed it by a year.

Karlifornia 04-29-2009 08:04 PM

10/27

Passacaglia 04-29-2009 09:22 PM

I don't think I could name all the QBs from any team since 1985.

M GO BLUE!!! 04-30-2009 12:14 AM

9

Too bad they don't have one on Lions QB's since their last championship. :)

Here is another great one from there;

Can you name the quarterbacks taken in the first round of the NFL Draft since 1983? - sporcle

Poli 04-30-2009 01:07 AM

55 out of 59.
Spoiler

Poli 04-30-2009 01:09 AM

If Stump the Schwab was just on baseball and football I'd whoop that guy's butt.

Wow I got 46 correct, ones I missed were all on the left column except Joey Harrington. Only good QB I missed was Testaverde. I missed all the busts.

RainMaker 04-30-2009 02:16 AM

21 and I'm a diehard Bears fan.

Logan 04-30-2009 07:33 AM

And yet some people said what they gave up for Cutler was too much.

36/59 - I couldn't for the life of me remember Ryan Leaf's name. I could describe him and picture him but could not think of his name at all. Also, spelling Roethlisberger (?) took me like a minute

Logan 04-30-2009 08:21 AM

Every San Diego fan wishes they could say the same.

I got 41, sucked on a lot of the 80s guys besides the '83 class. Got everyone on the right side except for Quinn.

Come on, where's the spoiler tag? ;)

Poli 04-30-2009 08:54 AM

The draft pick one was kind of fun for me...I started most recent and went back in time...

Abe Sargent 04-30-2009 01:54 PM

I just got 11

JAG 04-30-2009 02:30 PM

Got 39/59 QB's (6/27 on the Bears, some of which was due to problems with spelling), but I drew some ridiculous blanks (couldn't think of any QB's betewen 2006-2009...guess I'm not a good test taker anymore). I got everyone from '95-'03 though.

Karlifornia 04-30-2009 02:40 PM

53/59 on the QB's...

Butter 04-30-2009 02:58 PM

11 on the Bears and 45 on the 1st round QBs.

fantom1979 04-30-2009 03:52 PM

Just took the "name the states" game on the same site. I was rather surprised to see that Minnesota was the most missed state (figured it would be a New England state). Was not surprised at all to see that only 46.5% could name them all.

hukarez 04-30-2009 04:30 PM

37/59 for the QBs test

I hope that's from people that can't spell, but I doubt it. One of the things we teach in 5th grade is all the states and capitals. My students, thankfully, score better than a 46! (for now)

stevew 04-30-2009 04:43 PM

I got 47 legit, couldn't spell mcnown, and knew which school druckenmiller played for, but couldn't remember his name.

ColtCrazy 04-30-2009 05:14 PM

Got 56/59

I only got 44 out of 50 States - could not for the life of me remember Utah, Tennessee, Wyoming, Kentucky, Vermont and Delaware.

After getting all 50 states, I decided to do the world one.

Can you name the Countries of the World? - sporcle

I got 114. If I'd cheated or had looked at a map just before, I'd have done better, of course. But I think those are fun when you just have to guess from scratch and don't help yourself with spelling or a quick primer.

Poli 04-30-2009 05:57 PM

91 on that one. I'd have had way less if I had not traveled as much as I have.

molson 04-30-2009 06:12 PM

Those games are pretty addictive. I can't until you can make your own, apparently that's on the way.

JAG 04-30-2009 06:15 PM

For an ego boost I did 'name the NFL teams' in 90 seconds. Apparently the most missed team (still coming in at 75%) is Kansas City.

ColtCrazy 04-30-2009 07:57 PM

Got 121 on the world countries. Knew more of the African ones than I thought.

Abe Sargent 04-30-2009 08:32 PM

I have totally wasted about 3 hours on this site so great linky.

My favorite was the Boy Scout Merit Badge one.

sooner333 04-30-2009 08:55 PM

I only got 89 countries. Didn't look up spelling like I would have if it were people. If it's people I consider me knowing the name as good enough and will google my best guess at spelling and that will get me the right spelling.

Big Fo 04-30-2009 09:14 PM

9 for the Bears, many of whom I'd never heard of.

52 on the first round QBs which was better than 96% of the population.

Abe Sargent 04-30-2009 09:23 PM

169 countries and I forgot about 12 I knew. Hell, I forgot Denmark, Micronesia, Ethiopia, Laos and some other basics. Ah well.

Poli 04-30-2009 10:15 PM

Micronesia? That's a country?
