Just watched this show on Animal Planet. Guy went to Europe and caught a 167 pound catfish. It was 7+ feet long.
In Berlin the fish species was attacking swimmers.
I dont think Im going in lakes or rivers anymore.

Doesn't count if you aren't noodling.

When is enough going to be enough?

Frankly, I'm tired of the world expecting the United States to be the river monster police! Why do we have to go over there to catch their issue fish?

I watched the Pirhana episode this past weekend. Good stuff.

Is this the one which featured the potentially 6 foot muskie?

I've always hated being in water where I couldn't see the bottom. (Basically just in a pool) I've cowboyed up though, but still gives me the creeps

Agreed, I hate lakes especially (there are dead bodies in them!!!), but rivers are up there as well. Oceans I'm usually OK with as long as they're not too cloudy.

7 ft catfish don't have hands to pull you in unlike the Zombies of the Deep.
