ESPN/ESPN2/ESPN Deportes to air La Liga starting next season?
Holy shit. Talk about out of no-freaking-where....
ESPN Gets La Liga TV Rights In U.S. | EPL Talk Highlights: The ESPN Family has the rights to show up to 114 games (currently 95 are planned) Most will air on ESPN Deportes. About 20 games (looks like one approximately every other week) on ESPN 2 GolTV/ESPN will swap off first choice of matches ESPN Radio will also air some games ESPN360 will simulcast the games on both networks. (English and Spanish) |
eh.
i don't even know if i get espn deportes on comcast. |
I don't get deportes either, but what I think will happen is ESPN will push more soccer coverage and we wil get a rotating schedule of barca one weekend and Real the next on ESPN2.
|
Is ESPN Deportes the same as The Ocho?

You miss the other part of it, DT.. Comcast gets ESPN360 starting in August... ;) Can you say On Demand La Liga? |
Any plans for HD? La Liga now is great, but it looks like someone vomited inside my tv

Hopefully this means more Tommy Smyth in my life.

ooh yummy! i want serie a on demand though...so i can watch my boys |
Um.. ESPN360 aired some Serie A games last year, I'd say that's a Good bet to see it this year too.

but you know who's going to be filthy in la liga next year - kaka. The wide-open attacking style (particularly that played by RM) is much better suited to his talents than the style in Serie A was. I predict he'll Madrid's answer to Messi - creating at that level of brilliance.
Him and CR and Raul laying on chances for RVN + ? (Higuain would be my preferred choice, unless you want to bring in Villa or someone like that and sit RVN) is going to be scary. |
See the soccer thread, I'm about to post a breakdown of the major leagues there (was working on it for BigSoccer anyway)

i dont get espn deportes :(
