FOF file transfer

I'm sure this has been asked in the past but can't find an answer. If I wanted to transfer a solo league from one computer to another (so I can have it at work and home) then what file(s) so I need to copy?

Just copy the files in the universe folder. (Not the folder itself, just the files.)
