Converting FDT Files

Hope someone can help. I had a CSV file labeled "players", just a file I had made for my FOF SP league. When I installed 6.3a, I forgot to rename the file, and the new 6.3a CSV labeled "players" copied over it. Is there someone I can email the FDT file to, and get them converted to CSV again. I believe I need the converter in FOF4, which I don't have. Unless there is another way.Suggestions?

No, I can't recall seeing an utility that reads fdt files.
