Front Office Football Central - Historical file draft question

I inherited a league about two seasons ago. We are in the 1978 draft with Earl Campbell. I don't know where the old commish got the draft files, he told me it was here on FOFC. Anyway, he sent me the files and I have them saved. However noticed this year that Warren Moon was not in the draft class (which makes sense as he wasn't drafted that year, going to the CFL).

What I'm trying to figure out is:
a. How to determine if he shows up in a later file (like the year he debuted in the NFL).
b. How to add him to the file if he does not show up later.

Any help or direction appreciated.
