PureSim Baseball 3 Nearing Release
 

We are in the home stretch of the beta, PureSim 3 should be out soon.

Some key new features:

- PS3 is FREE for anyone that purchased (or is about to purchase) PureSim2. That is a pretty sweet deal. You can grab PS2 for only $19.95 BTW.

- TRU-Life Transactions mode (optional) - Play as the team manager and all transactions take place exactly as they did in real life on the exact date. Works for all seasons from 1946 on.

- Manager tendencies edit individual manager tendencies for hundreds of situations. (for example "Inning 4-6, ahead by 2 runs"). View screen

- Includes models with pre-set tendencies for every manager that managed a game in Major League history.

- Improved UI Another screen here

- In Game Box score and Game Log

- Improved AI

- All box scores and game logs for all games and all seasons are retained in a compressed light weight database system.

And over 100 other tweaks and new features. I'm really excited about this release.

This does sound interesting. Does this mean other transactions are disabled? Like do I still have the ability to trade, draft, sign free agents? Just that the trades that went through IRL...will go through?

Hmm...lots to ponder.

Okay, I just released Beta 2 which will run in demo mode if you haven't purchased PureSim 2 yet. If any of you guys get the time to take a look, I'm interested in any feedback you have,
