Do you get more turnovers with a 3-4 defense or a 4-3?

Been playing FOF for a good while now but for whatever reason never registered on here. Anyway, I have a question...

I've never really used the 3-4 much, but do you force more turnovers with a 3-4? I know about the WLB getting a bunch of sacks etc and in theory more sacks should force more fumbles, so has anyone got any input?

And does the 3-4 produce more sacks anyway, or is it just that they get apportioned more to the WLB than the DEs?

All advice / opinions appreciated.
