Low Intensity training
I know everyone always talks about training above 90%, but is there any advantage in lowering training?

Well, if you're bbor, it gives you an excuse for your low stamina. ;)

I'm actually a little upset my players are only training at 100%. Everyone knows that 110% is the bare minimum when it comes to effort when it comes to effort in both training and on the pitch.
