D.McNabb cut by Vikings.

He should really hang it up. His fall from nearly elite to what he's become has been quite incredible.

I'm really hoping the Dolphins move him out during the off-season.

I wonder if he didnt get cut so he could sign with a playoff contender otherwise I cant just see the Vikings releasing him. It wasnt as if he was causing trouble and from the sounds of it was quite helpful to Ponder.

I think the Broncos should sign Donovan McNabb and convert him to fullback.

Is Mcnabb better or worse than Delhomme for Houston?

That is really close. Id probably say McNabb would be a bit better because he doesnt have the downside(throwing stupid ints) that Delhomme has. McNabb still has a decent arm when he isnt bouncing it 3 feet in front of the WRs. McNabb gets in these spells for a few throws where he just completely sucks and isnt even close.

Great idea. McGahee, Tebow, McNabb. If Tebow needs to throw, give it to McNabb. If Tebow needs to run, give it to McGahee. Ultimate.

He'd have Foster in Houston. I have such low opinions of Delhomme by now, I pretty much would pick any QB over him.

I think most understand that he was around the 10th-15th best QB(in his prime years) most years. A comparison to Delhomme in his past prime years is in no way trying to consider him an elite QB.

Im with you there. In that Houston offense they dont need a QB trying to force the ball to AJ. They just need a QB that can complete around 60 percent and NOT throw int's. IMO Delhomme fails on both.

Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain was arrested and stands accused of illegally firing a gun in his hometown of Decatur, Alabama.

CSNBayArea.com reports that McClain has been arrested for discharging a firearm within city limits, third degree assault, menacing, and reckless endangerment.

Decatur Police Lt. John Crouch told Comcast SportsNet that McClain is currently in jail.

“I can tell you that Rolando McClain is under arrest,” Crouch said. “He’s been charged with third degree assault, menacing, reckless endangerment and discharging a firearm in city limits. He is still in custody.”

McClain, who went home this week for his grandfather’s funeral, was reportedly involved in a fight on Wednesday night before the shooting broke out.

On the plus side, the Eagles are the only team with a coordinator who looks suspiciously like Erik Estrada.

Considering Nate Allen's play, I'm starting to think the Redskins got the better of the McNabb deal.

I say this as a non Eagles fan, but if I were an Eagles fan, the only player I would be happy to have on the team would be LeSean McCoy.

I've only been on these boards for a month, I have to say I love all the Bengals support that is here. I've been a fan since 1990 or 1991 when I bet my stepfather a quarter that they would beat the Hugh Millen led Patriots and did so 31-7.

Little did I know what I was getting myself into.

I think Young might have some trouble getting work next year.

The QB situation on my fantasy team is pretty ugly right now, so I had to choose between Vince Young and Tavaris Jackson. Guess which one I chose?

What's the over/under on Andy Ried saying "I have to do a better job" in his press conference? How far into it? For the parlay, how long will the press conference last before he ends it because people dare to ask questions?

I say blow the d*** team up and keep only McCoy; I hate this team right now. I actually wasn't happy coming into the season even though they were predicted to do well because I didn't like the players on the team. I would rather like the team that I cheer for, like the Phillies and Flyers as they are a fun group of players.

It is somewhat surprising to me how many Bengals fans are here, and its always good to have another one around. The way I think it happened is we all have wished for most of our lives that we could be the G.M. of the team, so we were drawn to a game like FOF because of that.
