Two times a year the kids from Chapman University down the street from our house do an annual undie run on the Wednesday of finals week.

Actually if you want to get technical it's a University town. Chapman University has become one of the more prominent schools in the country. Sure they don't have Div 1A teams in sports but the girls there are Div 1A quality...

Prominent in what regard? Not speaking to the quality of the video, I'm sure that's quality (I've not watched it yet, family around). I'm not sure I've heard of it before. What is Chapman known for nationally?

I see that they're...well, they're at least on a ranking list for law. Have a ways to go to get up near Harvard though. :)

Ha....that is nothing compared to what they do in Austin. Considering that it is also a hippie town. They have this event celebrating Eeyore's birthday party where a lot of people where costumes. After 4pm, it gets a bit more risque and you will see a lot of exposed boobage glazed over with paint and dental flossed butts. Just do an Google image search for Eeyores and you will see what I mean.
