cant win a playoof game- what am i missing??
 

5 playoff seasons out of 7 and not one win. Am i missing something..i have asked in the past about play to win or wants winner stats, leadership etyc but was told they do not make much difference but i have teams that are winning divisions but can win in the play-offs so should i be looking at something else when signing drafting players

Is this single player?

That could just be bad luck. Also, I do not remember if this is significant, but maybe check your Head Coach's motivation ranking?

For Single player leagues the very most important thing to have in order to have a consistently good team that either wins playoff games or goes to the championship every single year is a top notch qb.

Go out and get yourself a really good qb and your luck will soon turn around. You can build a team around that qb after that but the very mos important thing to have is a qb.
