Stick a fork in me. I don't know which ref had money on the Packers, but that was one of the worst sequences of calls I've ever seen. And of course the Titans find a way to win by one when they should have been kneeling the fucking clock out.

No. Once it's picked, you cannot use the same pick no matter what the line is.
