What? The rest of my squad doesn't like him because he's dishonest or something? My team spirit is now "Composed." Honestly, I don't remember what it was before...

Any time you buy a player or sell a popular one, there is a chance your team spirit will suffer. I think it is intended to be a mechanism to discourage huge constant turnover. I would not be too worried about it.

And it usually happens when you buy a foriegn player.

That makes sense... I've bought a lot of foreign players lately.
