Celebrity Hot or Not 2.0, Vol. 73: Rachel McAdams
 

So Marisa scored in the top 20 with a 79.87% just below Alyssa Milano. Now we are on to a younger celebrity with Rachel McAdams on the clock. Rachel burst onto the scene as one of the Mean Girls in Mean Girls and most recently was in the latest Sherlock Holmes. I think she will rank favorably here on FOFC.

On the fence with her. Sometimes she looks really pretty, sometimes really not pretty.

First time I guess I've seen her (or looked at her knowing who she is). Several of those pics, she kinda looks like Reese Witherspoon a bit.

Hot or Not Tuesday Edition! Hooray!

i could see someone voting not based on some pictures I've seen before. That's a good selection up above, a different set would have plummeted her percentage I think. She doesn't have an amazing body so if you don't find her face and look hot, she's out of luck. I'm a sucker for those eyes and dimples though.

She's a good example of a celeb hot, in that in the right situation, makeup job, hairstyle, photo, she's amazingly hot, but I think if she lived next door to you you'd have your doubts.

I'm glad you said that, even though I wasn't impressed, at least it reassures me that I based my vote on a representative sample. Of the seven, only two got as far as "maybe hot" with me, two others were thoroughly in the "good God no, are you kidding me" category. The rest were just okay, so with that reaction I feel pretty comfortable with my vote.

I think she's a great model because you can get her to look like a lot of things. In one of those pics she looks like Angelina Jolie, in another Jennifer Garner, and in a third, Billie Piper. She's a wonderful chameleon. On her own, when she'd not glammed up? Not hot. She's fetching, but not hot.

I'd let her break off a piece of the ol JediKooter.

Yeah, not necessarily having anything to do with being hot or not, but she definitely can take on different looks and wear them well.

Mean Girls is one of my favorite movies of all time.

It's possible that I confused Isla Fisher with Amy Adams and thought they were both named Rachel McAdams

She has a great ass, if that helps anyone who's on the fence.

Edit: I mean, we always have people with the point, "well, she's pretty, but not hot", but I think more thorough ass consideration is necessary before you label someone with that.

Understandable, I had no idea who she was and for some reason assumed she was some sort of singing lady before reading she was an actress.

I look at the HON vote as being much like the Hall of Fame vote. Almost everyone who is nominated is attractive, I am looking for something more to push them over the top.

I have something that will push her over the top.
