A lot of "How much" posts
Here is some good advice... look at players in Sweden that go for one level lower (I.E. Passable defenders vs Solid defenders). And price them at that level.
What this does is cause a frenzy among the day traders AND the people who are really interested in him. This will get more people interested in that one player. You will get people into a bidding war if you place it at the right time. I just had an excellent defender sell for almost $600k and I placed him out @ $125k (mid-high solid level). I also placed him for sale over the weekend when more people are online checking out prices. If you ARE interested in wondering how much you will get for a player, just look around the large countries (with more the 2500 users). You will see the current prices. We can only speculate how much a player will go for, and the reason we can do that is because every once in a while we check out current biddings. Now I'm not posting this to sound like an ass or anything, I just training you train you how to fish, instead of just giving you some fish... if you get my drift. |
I like fish.

You can get them cheap now since it's after Easter. |
Try putting Peeps int he microwave for a few minutes. They swell to three times their normal size :D

Peeps are good when they get stale. But I will have to try that microwave thing, it sounds like fun.

The short and sweet on daytrading is buying players at a low value and selling them at a higher value, making money. When done with many players at a time, you can gain a lot of money... very time consuming, but it's the fastest way to the top. It's looked down upon by many people in the hattrick community in public. It's kinda like porn... many people say it shouldn't be on TV and such; then they go home and watch showtime and HBO. You have to be really good with current market value of players to be good at this. There are some feds dedicated to this if you really want to learn. I personally don't have the time, nor the motivation. |
But the biggest question is: could you daytrade Peeps?
|
well they do have different colors... but I think they are all the same value. I could be wrong...
|
I saw this with a guy in Swedeen. He has made something $99 million dollar profit.
|
The yellow ones have definitely flooded the market.
|
I would short-sell them the day before Easter.
Remember when Homer lost a fortune on pumpkin futures? (hehe, I just threadjacked my threadjack) |
