So, having a discussion with a woman after I stated that cuddling silently on the bed was wasted time, because I wasn't doing anything. She thought that it had many benefits. So, cuddling, not when watching TV or talking, but just quietly on the bed. What are your thoughts? Poll to follow!

Forget cuddling. If the purpose isn't sex I don't want a woman allowing me contact with her, and it's not because I'm sexist or view woman in some way or something but because I'm weak. If A woman looks at me I think about having sex with her so it's all I can do to keep myself in check during day to day activities. I don't need the added pressure of "cuddling".

It's great by itself if she's on her period and won't give me anal.

Don't cuddle or snuggle in bed with my wife but that is more due to difference in temperature preferences than anything. She wants like six blankets when it's 100 degrees outside and I prefer no covers at all.

The scenario you lay out would be weird to me. I am for it, but prefer there to be conversation. That kind of situation is better for, say, being in a hammock or outside somewhere.

Occasionally, a sweet embrace or whatever is cool, but damn, don't make me lay there with you for 30 minutes or more without doing anything else if it isn't leading to something more penetrative..
