I assume they knew he wouldn't keel over after one of them. So you start with the youngest so that the oldest has the best chance of killing him.

Yeah, who is more traumatized? The last two that didn't get one last fling with their husband and are maybe too old now to get someone new? Or the fourth wife, who apparently screwed him to death?

I'm waiting for the next Nigerian e-mail scam to emerge from this story.......
