Figured it would be great to make a thread to post deals in. For starters, never buy anything from Itunes, it is almost never a cheaper price than what you pay at Amazon or Google Play.

I need more information than that. Who is he and what kind of music does he make? I expect genre, release date, reviews, and an album cover. If he's got a video with some sultry dame, post a link to that too.

Since Google started their Google Play store, there have been some interesting price wars between them and Amazon. I check each site daily and I've seen an album on sale for $5 at one site one week, and the same album on sale for $2.99 at the other site the next.

So he's pretty good then. :)

Competition FTW!

Not to detract from the point of this thread, but I have to give a plug for Rdio (and presumably Spotify, too, although I don't use it because it requires Facebook). Realize it's not for everyone, but for me, at least, if you're buying $5 or $10 worth of music a month, might as well switch to one of those and have access to everything.

Which one works as well as Amazon on my android?

Amazon's got thousands of MP3 albums for $5 this morning. Pretty good selection, better than usual sales I've seen.

EDIT: Now that I look at the email I got, it looks like these are $5 for the month of August.

Amazon has a couple thousand albums on sale for five bucks
