Yep, it's back in incarnation...3 or 4. I forget now. Sounded interesting to me again, and I used it to teach myself a few new tricks while I worked out the problems that have plagued me for all eternity.

Anyway. I could use a few people to test the interface before I move forward. Sign up, I'll approve you, go break the system, try out how things flow, see what you can break and what sucks.

Note this is just interface testing - though you can look at the game recaps and whatnot and see if anything stands out as absolutely absurd.

I keep getting a fill in all fields message even though every field is filled in, including conference choice and location.

I'll split out that error message later tonight, try and track down where it's hating you.

Game summaries are not for my team. Not sure if they are supposed to be.

Ah, you know what. The historical game writeups get generated based on what the team name was when you took over. (You're not technically making a brand new team, you're taking a team from a bot). They're technically yours...pre name change.

Again, every field was filled in.

First field is username - next to it, do you have some text in green that says 'not in use'? If not, it's not right. As I recall, username (not screen name) needs to be at least 3 characters and have no spaces/weird characters.

Yes, I have the green Not in Use.

I also have the green Zipcode Found.

I checked to see if the problem was choosing the second offered conference, but I still get the same message.

In the Team overview Screen, Region seems to be random and not match what region the team is in.

That's in the team overview pop up, when you click on the team.

There should be two not in uses (screen name and username), and the zipcode found. If you have all of those...ugh.

PM me what all you entered, and I'll try and replicate it. (What broswer are you using, and you don't have noscript, do you?)

Went back and retyped everything and got through this time. I wasn't getting the Not in Use for the first field for some reason. I used the same name and it finally went through.

Wish it were easier to figure out what areas of the country the conferences covered. But I'm having fun inventing schools all the same!

It'll be in the helpfiles for sure. I should also probably put a little mouseover during the registration process to show what states are included in each region/conference.

Nah, you'll never be happy with it. But that's the idea: keep making it better and each time you do it, it gets better.

True enough. I'd just like to get it to the point where it can stay up with longevity, and I can tinker with it as I go. Instead of running into show stopping stuff that I simply doesn't work, and I can't stand.
