This is actually tied into my first random information request, part of the same claim I'm investigating.

This is a fairly specific question about PayPal. So on the bottom of emails you get from PayPal, is a PayPal Email ID that looks like "PayPal Email ID PPXXX" where the Xs are 3 numbers. I'm trying to understand what that ID is linked to - a form PayPal email template, the ID PayPal has assigned to a vendor, a geographic reference, what?

Anyone know?
