Podcast Hosting
 

I have a student who has recorded a few podcasts and is now ready to distribute them. Does anyone have any (free) hosting recommendations, especially one that helps with iTunes?

Libsyn.com costs money, but would meet the needs I'd think. Depending on file size, $5/month and up. Would be easy to scale upwards if he gains popularity, instead of having to transfer files later.

spreaker.com couldn't be much easier to use, and it's a freebie. Not sure about the iTunes aspect, I haven't been that into it.
