Chemistry effects of cuttin/trading versus leaving as FA etc
 

Does anybody know if the chemistry/team cohesion hits are different based on how a player leaves your team?

Say you have a guy on the team 10 years, is the team cohesion hit different if you cut or trade him in the preseason, versus if he leaves as a FA or retires? Or is it the same no matter how he leaves?

Whether or how players leave has no impact on cohesion, all that matter is how long your current roster has been on the team.
