Cougar Tales - NCAA 2014
 

2013 Season is upon us and Bronco Mendenhall has turned in his clipboard to ride Harley's and surf. The BYU fan base is shocked when an unknown HS coach is given the head job. I decide to retain Robert Anae as OC and promote the long overdue Steve Kaufusi to DC and with that a new era in BYU Football begins.

We have maybe our toughest schedule in history and will be breaking in a new QB, as well as replacing several key players on defense. But, the Cougars return one of the most dynamic defenders in the nation in Kyle Van Noy and have some weapons on offense led by Cody Hoffman, poised to break all of Austin Collie's receiving records and Jamaal 'Baby J' Williams, who set a BYU rushing record for freshmen last season at the tender age of 17.

Week 3 - Bye

Nothing to report on the recruiting front as we spend our bye week getting ready for the Holy War against hated Utah. We will go into game healthy and ranked 24th in the country. The game plan will be to go after their QB Travis Wilson and force him into mistakes.

Robert Anae's new offense has given BYU an Arizona like run game and it saves our bacon against MTSU.

I can only dream our season turns out this way...
