Creating Draft Files

Bit of a newbie to the game
I'd like to create draft files for the next few years consisting of the actual players from the NFL drafts 2011,2012 etc etc I've seen some csv / faf files from previous drafts to play historic games but only so far as 2010 and want to extend these drafts
I don't have TCY only FOF2k7
Is this possible to do? And if so, could someone offer some pointers?

I've made some for like 2011 and 2012.

You need to download 2k4 and install it, or get a copy of draft.exe that will turn the csv file into a draft file.
