Changing My ESPN Account Email
 

I want to change the email account I have listed at ESPN to my current email account.
The email is old and not in use.
But I used my current email for a couple other accounts. When I go to change my email address in the Edit Personal Information, it says the email is being used for another account. I found the accounts. I had 2 for my daughters at the Disney site. Theu were using my new account. I deleted both. But ESPN will not let me change this accounts email.

And of course the FAQ doesnt help. And being ESPN, there is no one to contact.

Any help with this frustrating episode would be greatly appreciated.

Call their customer service.

I did find the contact us tab. In my frustration, I missed it. I emailed them. Hopefully, it gets fixed. i will call them if I dont hear back.
