Bacon Bourbon has been a thing for a while now. A very good thing.

Call me old fashioned, but I prefer my bacon to be bacon-flavored.

I haven't tried this, but I think I am with Critch on this. Bacon should be bacon flavored. Bourbon should be bourbon flavored.

Now if you are glazing the bacon with a bourbon sauce - that might be good.

I'm going to feed my cows pork to make bacon flavored milk.
