Make Mine Rare: The Remake

Well, since someone decided to start up the IWS's again, I said why not do the original again. For those who have forgotten it, here's the overview:

The idea - answer a series of questions, with responses that are both correct and, hopefully, uncommon among those responding. You will score points based on your ability to give correct answers, but your scores will be better if you submit answers that are duplicated by relatively few other responders.

For each of the six questions below, your score for each correct answer will be equal to the number of people who responded with that answer. Any incorrect answer will receive a score of either 10 or the highest score of any correct answer, whichever is higher. In total, your score will be the product of your six answer scores. Lowest total score is the winner

So, if you submit six correct answers, and they are fairly rare, you might receive this score:

2 x 1 x 4 x 2 x 1 x 1 = 16

However, if you submit an incorrect answer and a few pretty common ones, your score might be:

4 x 10 x 2 x 5 x 3 x 2 = 2,400

You are to send your response to me by way of a personal message, via this forum. Responses sent in any other fashion will not be considered.

All determinations of "correct" and "duplicate" and so forth are according to the sole judge, moi.

Here are the six questions:

1. Name a U.S. President with a LAST NAME beginning with the letter T.

2. Name a Running Back who has led the Jacksonville Jaguars in rushing yards in a season.

3. Name an FOFC member whose name begins with a number.

4. Name a United States congressmen elected from South Carolina (includes House and Senate).

5. Name one of the eight Ivy League schools.

6. Pick a number between 21 and 30, decimals and fractions do not count, only whole numbers (i.e. 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 28, 29, and 30 for those more versed in odd mathematical things than I am.).

You have until 12 A.M. on May 13th, 2003 (Tuesday Morning) to send me the answers, enjoy :)

Does anyone have the spreadsheet, it may be one that goes with the IWS, but since I think they are scored the same (only the winning order is reversed), it would be of great help in organizing the answers. If not, no big deal. Thanks
