Logan posted this in the MLB thread, but I thought it was big enough news to give its own thread.

I always liked Hamilton's contact approach as a hitter, and then even more as a baseball commentator. Very sad news. :(

He was a great guy to root for. Hopefully there is someone who can care for that kid.

Terrible. Hambone was a good player and a solid analyst on MLBN.
