Help for those damn autoplaying videos
 

To control autoplaying videos when I get on a website, I've turn on ActiveX filtering under Safety-->ActiveX Filtering.

However, this does not seem to work anymore. An example is the below.

Does anyone have any recommendations to prevent autoplaying videos?

I currently have IE and use Adblocker also.
