UEFA Champions League predictions competition 2015/16
 

Here we go again, it's the 2015/2016 installment of FOFC's very own UEFA Champions League prediction competition!

We'll be playing in four phase:
* Group stage
* Round of 16
* Quarter-finals
* Semi-finals and the final

In the group stage you will predict the final standing of all eight groups. A maximum of 40 points can be earned: 1 point for each correctly picked team to finish top2 and reach the round of 16, 1 point for correctly picking the third place team that goes into the UEFA Europa League and 1 bonus point for a correctly picked first or secoHere we go again, it's the 2015/2016 installment of FOFC's very own UEFA Champions League prediction competition!

In the group stage you will predict the final standing of all eight groups. A maximum of 40 points can be earned: 1 point for each correctly picked team to finish top2 and reach the round of 16, 1 point for correctly picking the third place team that goes into the UEFA Europa League and 1 bonus point for a correctly picked first or second placed team.

In the round of 16, there will be 2 points per correct pick (for a maximum score of 16 points).

In the Quarter-finals there will be 5 points per correct pick (for a maximum of 20 points).

Points earned in the Semi-finals and final (for a maximum of 30 points):

The deadlines for making predictions are set in stone, they will be the day of the first game played of that round. Usually games are played at 2:45 PM eastern, but sometimes games in Russia or the Ukraine are moved forward, so to be safe make sure to post your prediction before noon Eastern.
* Group stage deadline: September 15th 2015
* Round of 16 deadline: February 16th 2016
* Quarter-finals deadline: April 5th 2016
* Semi-finals (and final) deadline: April 26th 2016

No editing of posts, or you will run the risk that I end up copy pasting your pre-edited content and never catch your changes. It's even better not to changes your predictions for any round, but it won't be disallowed.
