Does game planning change with different coaches or players on the team? Example if i click recommend on basic offensive game plan, then change all my coaches and players and click recommend again, is the plan the same or will it change.

I know you can change it yourself but i"m asking if the game does this based on certain factors.

I don't know if any tests have been done on this, but I don't think different coaches game plan differently. I think they have some influence on how successful plays tend to be, but they don't change how often different plays are called.

The game tends to game plan based on your offensive personnel on offense, and a combination of your defensive personnel and opponent strengths on defense.

I believe this is correct. At the very least, it's the general consensus.

what I know with certainty is that the offensive game plan is pretty heavily based on the personnel in your depth chart, not just on your roster. To check this, change out a few players in the depht chart on offense, and you'll see the game plan change--sometimes rather dramatically.
