I recently upgraded my PC because my previous hard drive died. I therefore was unable to unlicense FBCB. My question is - is this FBCB2010 or an older version?

No problem, Craig. It's the 2010 version of Fast Break College Basketball and the 2013 version of Fast Break Pro Basketball.
