Baseball Mogul Interactive Dynasty - SEASON 2 - End of Season
Welcome to Season 2 of the Baseball Mogul Interactive Dynasty. If you want to get into the next season of the dynasty, head to the sign-up thread.
In season 1 we had a few of our players make it to the big leagues already while others are paying their dues in the minors. We have 4 players who will enter the 2017 MLB Draft which will take place with update #2 of this season. Meet the players: ![]() PAST SEASON'S SEASON 1 RECORDS Once we get a few seasons under our belts I'll post the FOFC records here. |
Bring O'Neill up!!!
The fans are clamoring to see him in the show. |
Schaplowsky wants to play! Minnesota needs to send him down to AAA immediately!
|
The fuck! I'm unhittable in the show, and they dump me in single A?!?
No wonder I want out of Arizona. |
I want to see improvement not this degradation of wonderful talent, Detroit!

Update #2 - June 1, 2017
MLB STANDINGS
![]() ![]() MLB LEADERS ![]() THE PLAYERS ![]() David has begun to settle in a bit at single-A and brought his average up a bit from his terrible April. ![]() Gunn continues to dominate for the Astros with 16 saves and a 1.17 ERA. ![]() Dean's home run pace dropped a bit in May but he brought his average up to .336. ![]() Patrick brought his average up but is still having trouble putting the ball in play. ![]() Miller's average improved in May and he is now up to 5 home runs leading off for the Tigers. ![]() Rob went 3-1 in May and dropped his ERA to 3.50. Hopefully this a sign that he is beginning to fully recover from his injury. ![]() 24 home runs in 53 games. O'Neill continues to crush the ball and could lead the MLB in home runs in a couple years time. ![]() Cannon's average dropped but he's still hitting a respectable .303. ![]() Deacon went 4-0 in May and dropped his ERA from 3.60 to 2.78. ![]() Schaplowsky finally got a few more at bats in May and is making the most of his chances with a .292 average. |
![]() Milwaukee made Jace Hunter the #1 overall pick. He will join Dean Hoo in the Brewers organization. Philadelphia, who took Tom O'Neill #1 last season, took Will Brown with the 2nd pick. Miami made a very interesting pick at #12. They used their #7 pick last season to take CF Patrick Hutt. This year they used the 12th pick to take another CF, Benton Gale. Maybe Hutt's struggles at the plate made them look to a different CF prospect. Cleveland then took Jaybard Riley with the 19th pick and Houston took Joey Joseph at #24. |
Hmm, maybe Schaplowsky needs more time in the cage. He seems to strike out quite a bit. 5 strikeouts in 24 AB's so far this season is a bit high.
What the heck is Miami doing? Perhaps they plan on converting one of their stud CF's to a different position? |
Time to turn around the Brewers! Or get dealt to Toronto :D
|
Philly is going to have another top 5 pick next year. We should be loaded in a few years if we keep this up.
|
Philadelphia, we shall turn ye round.
|
Welcome to my team. Jump aboard, fellas. A championship will be on my back.
|
We'll be back at it tomorrow
|
Welcome to Milwaukee Jace, it sucks here.

Pitching out of the pen? Doubt that lasts long.

"Riley doesn't like Cleveland"
When fantasy meets reality. |
40 homers for O'Neill. When is the call coming?
|
Oh snap, I read that wrong. So I'm an Astro....jesus. lol.

Feels like it should be soon with numbers like that. But who knows with the way our players have been managed so far. |
Update #4 - August 1, 2017
|
Hittin homers and sweet talking that Amish ladies. That's my life.
|
Well that was an early call-up to the Phils. Not going great so far..
|
I wonder why Tom hates Philadelphia?
|
How in the blue blazes does Schaplowsky go from the MLB twins all the way down to A ball?? Is the AI on Baseball Mogul that screwed up or what? Craziness.
|
Quote:
Why is this even a question? |
51 homers in 107 games.
And they call up Will Brown? Play him or trade him. |
Quote:
The AI definitely seems a bit off in regards to the call ups and then sending someone back down. |
Quote:
Hopefully he'll at least get the September call up when rosters expand. |
Dang, I just noticed O'Neill has 43 SBs.
He may be a 50-50 man. |
Update #5 - September 1, 2017
The minor league seasons have ended for our players and quite a few have received September call-ups to the big leagues. We missed on a previous update but B.B. Gunn, who has been excellent for the Astros, was named to the All-Star team.
MLB STANDINGS ![]() ![]() LEADERS ![]() THE PLAYERS ![]() Brown has yet to do much for the Phillies in his frist month with the team, but not much can be expected from an 18 year old rookie. ![]() After a solid stint in Single-A, the Marlins have made Gale one of their September callups. ![]() Ginsberg has seen limited work again this season coming off the bench for thre White Sox. ![]() With a 0.94 ERA and 40 saves, Gunn is the best closer in baseball already. ![]() Dean finished a very solid season in Single-A with a .364 average and 26 home runs in 73 games. ![]() After using Hunter as a relief pitcher at Single-A, the Brewers have now called Jace up to the big league club and have him currently listed as their 5th starter. ![]() Hutt's struggled at the plate continue as he comes off the bench for Miami. ![]() The Astros have already installed Joseph as their starting 3rd baseman. ![]() Miller has bounced from the starting lineup to the bench all season but now is listed as the starter again. ![]() Rob's very disappointing season has ended without a September call-up. ![]() 77 home runs? Insane. Tom hit 26 home runs in his final 26 games at Double A. Now the Phillies have called him up for September. ![]() After splitting time between Single A and Double A this season Pace has earned a September call-up. ![]() Palmer's season has ended with a 9-5 record and 3.45 ERA. ![]() After destroying the ball in Single A with 34 home runs in 56 games, the Indians have called Riley up. ![]() Mike has bounced from the big league club all the way to Single A but has now been called back up. |
77 HRs and 57 SBs, baby. Never in the history of pro ball has there been a 70-50 man.
|
Onoes has dean Hoo retired?
|
Quote:
Somehow his didn't upload, I'll get it up when I'm back to the computer. He did earn a September call-up. Edit: Now uploaded. |
B.B. Gunn - All-Star. Has a nice ring to it!
Hopefully the Astros will provide Gunn another kind of ring in October. |

Talk about a team that is tanking. |
Rookie of the Year, baby!
Of course, the Astros had to ruin things by going out in the first round. |
Will Brown is missing from this update. Thanks in advance.
