Game planning and repeats

Example :

I have a HB off left tackle run.

I use the same play - but use 2 different formations, and 5 different sub-formations (122 strong, 122 weak, 212 pro, 212 strong, 212 weak).

Does the defense see me running 1 play, 2 different plays, or 5 different plays ?
