CPU Relocating Teams in SP

I've tried searching for this answer but cant find it anywhere (manual/forums). Is it possible to prevent the CPU from relocating teams in SP? The seahawks moved to Las Vegas in my SP career.

Is there an option that will turn off CPU relocation?
