The record in my 25 year save is 5.0 and thats only happened once. Crazy

Nice that the game can produce the occasional outlier.

Derrick Thomas had 7 in a game once, and he just missed an 8th, so this seems to be just right for an outlier stat.

Definitely - I generally think there should be more weird outliers like this in text sims. We're collectively siming hundreds, probably thousands of seasons, a game like that should come around eventually.

I just had a game with 6 for one player, but the game went to OT. I lot of the sacks were in OT because the tackle had 0 endurance.

FOF7 could produce some hilarious results since passing was so prominent and interception rate was really high.

And the one he missed, resulted in Seattle (Dave Kraig I believe) throwing the game winning TD pass.

I'm still upset about that.

That's weird. Usually in a 3-4 the WLB should get most of the sacks, not the DE.
