How do suspensions work in FOF8?

Just wondering. Apparently in FOF7 they are always for the whole year. Same in 8? And do they ever actually give you any info on it in 8?

You got information in FOF7. Your problem, similar to your apparent issues with reading the Help File, is that you didn't read the email that you got telling you the details of the suspension.
